About Karen Wootten
Music to Soothe Your Soul
Karen Wootten is a singer, vocalist, pianist, composer, and music teacher. She has been singing and playing piano her entire life. Her parents found her picking out notes on the piano and playing by ear as a toddler. She began making up piano songs as a child and has sung in various choirs since the age of four. Karen received her Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance and Music Education in 1996 and has performed in many different venues over the years. After composing piano songs for many years, she finally released her first peaceful piano composition in 2022. Karen is most known for her lyric soprano voice and others often refer to her as having the “voice of an angel.” Karen was also previously the owner and teacher of Music Together Mountainside from 2023-2025. Karen has a heart after God and seeks to be a tool for the Lord to bless others through her music.
